시스템 개요
조명 시스템 구축에는 (1) 전자 회로 구축, (2) 주변 장치(전원 공급 코드, 전원 스위치 등) 구축, (3) LED 구축, (4) 이러한 모든 구성 요소 조립 및 (5) 사용자 인터페이스로 LED를 제어하는 소프트웨어 설치가 포함됩니다(그림 1A). 완료되면 조명 시스템은 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 최대 4개의 LED를 독립적으로 제어할 수 있습니다(그림 1B). 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 각 LED는 지정된 시간 간격으로 펄스하고 지정된 시간 후에 차단할 수 있습니다. 지정된 시간에 조명 프로그램을 시작하기 위한 시작 지연도 있습니다. 전위차계(POT)는 각 LED의 강도를 독립적으로 조절하거나 컴퓨터 없이 수동 LED 제어에 사용할 수 있습니다. LED 드라이버 설명
LED의 강도에 전원을 공급하고 제어하기 위해 이 프로토콜은 "LED 드라이버"를 구축하는 단계를 거칩니다. 각 LED에는 작동하는 전압 범위가 있습니다(그림 1C). 작동 중에 광도를 제어하는 레귤레이터의 출력 전압은 전위차계로 조정할 수 있습니다. POT는 저항을 변경하여 출력 전압/밝기를 조정합니다. 1kΩ(1킬로옴) POT로 튜닝하면 "고전압 회로"라고 하는 것이 제공되며 범위는 1.35V에서 2.9V입니다. 2.9V는 저전압 LED를 작동하기에는 너무 높기 때문에(그림 1C) 저전압 LED와 일치하도록 범위를 제한하는 단일 수정(저항기 3 또는 "R3" 보충 그림 1A)을 보여줍니다. R3은 전위차계와 병렬로 연결할 때 LED에 적용되는 최대 전압을 1.85V( 추가 그림 8에 자세히 설명되어 있음)로 낮추는 역할을 합니다. 전류 대신 전압을 사용하여 밝기를 제어함으로써 시스템은 작동 전압이 다른 LED에 대해 더 유연합니다. 그림 1C 에는 최적의 회로 선택을 안내하는 고전압 및 저전압 LED 목록이 포함되어 있습니다. 이 설계는 전위차계가 꺼져 있을 때 LED가 완전히 꺼지고 전압이 LED의 일반적인 작동 전압 이상으로 올라가지 않도록 최소 전압을 충분히 낮게 유지합니다. LED 컴퓨터 제어 시스템 설명
LED 조명 시스템은 컴퓨터나 마이크로 컨트롤러 없이 일정한 조명에 사용할 수 있습니다. 그러나 프로그램 펄스 및 개별 LED 타이밍 제어를 위해서는 마이크로 컨트롤러를 설치해야 합니다. 마이크로 컨트롤러를 사용하여 LED를 제어하려면 마이크로 컨트롤러를 회로에 연결하기 위해 트랜지스터가 필요합니다. 이 트랜지스터는 마이크로 컨트롤러의 전압을 감지하고 전도성 또는 절연성으로부터 전환합니다.
