Aqui apresentamos um protocolo para células de micropattern em resolução unicelular usando a adesão programada pelo DNA. Este protocolo usa uma plataforma de fotolitografia benchtop para criar padrões de oligonucleotídeos de DNA em um slide de vidro e, em seguida, rotula membranas celulares com oligonucleotídeos complementares disponíveis comercialmente. A hibridização dos oligos resulta em adesão celularprogramada.
