태아 성장 제한(FGR) 및 선천성 심장병(CHD)1,2,3과 같은 태아 병리를 모니터링하려면 태아 순환에 대한 포괄적인 평가가 필요합니다. 자궁에서 산후 관리를위한 환자 관리 및 계획은 태아 병리 4,5,6,7의 중증도에 따라 다릅니다. MRI를 이용한 태아 혈류 정량화의 타당성과 태아 병리 평가에서의 응용이 최근 입증되었습니다 3,8,9. 그러나 이미징 방법은 높은 시공간 해상도를 달성하기 위한 이미징 시간 증가, 심장 동기화 방법의 부족, 예측할 수 없는 태아 움직임10과 같은 문제에 직면해 있습니다.
