Aqui, fornecemos um chip microfluido e um sistema microfluido de circulação de circulação automaticamente controlado e altamente eficiente que recapitula o microambiente inicial da neovascularização, permitindo que as células endoteliais (CE) sejam estimuladas pelo alto estresse da cisalhamento luminal, nível fisiológico de fluxo transendelial e distribuição de vários fatores de crescimento endotelial vascular (VEGF) simultaneamente.
