Aquí, proporcionamos un chip microfluídico y un sistema microfluídico de circulación automáticamente controlado y altamente eficiente que recapitula el microambiente inicial de neovascularización, permitiendo que las células endoteliales (ECs) sean estimuladas por un alto estrés esquilar luminal, nivel fisiológico de flujo transendotelial y diversa distribución del factor de crecimiento endotelial vascular (VEGF) simultáneamente.
