동방 결절 (SAN)의 심박 조율기 세포에 의해 생리 학적으로 생성 된 전기 신호는 방실 결절 (AVN)을 포함하는 전도 시스템을 통해 전도되어 전체 심장의 흥분과 수축을 허용합니다. SAN 또는 AVN의 기능 장애는 부정맥을 유발하여 전기 생리학 및 부정맥 발생에서 근본적인 역할을 나타냅니다. 마우스 모델은 부정맥 연구에 널리 사용되지만 SAN 및 AVN에 대한 구체적인 조사는 여전히 어렵습니다.
