脳内出血は脳卒中患者の5分の1を占める。脳内出血の予後は、出血の速度、体積、および位置に依存する1,2.脳出血と比較すると、脳幹出血は死亡率と罹患率が高い3.脳幹出血の約40%がポン4に生じる。ポンチン出血の病因と病態生理は、前脳出血5とは全く異なり、研究が少ない。
ポンチン出血動物モデルには2種類あります。一つは、ポン6、7、8における細菌コラゲナーゼの注入によって誘発される自発性出血モデルである。このモデルの最大の利点は、出血が自発的であるということです.しかし、コラゲナーゼは少量のポンチン出血を誘発することしかできない。また、コラゲザーゼは脳に他の傷害を引き起こす可能性があります。他のモデルは、ポン9に自家血の定位的注入によって誘発される。このモデルの利点は、高い成功率で習得しやすいということです。理論的には、研究者はポンの任意の場所に血液の任意のボリュームを注入することができます。しかし、針路を通る逆漏れのため、注入された容積は限られている。近年、逆漏れ9を低減する二重注入法が推進されている。この方法は、注射の間に20分間隔で自家血液を2回注入する。二重注入法は、軽度(30μL)および中程度の(60μL)ポンチン出血を誘発するために適用されるが、大規模なポンチン出血ではない。クリニックでは、予後不良の大部分のポンチン出血患者は大量出血(10mL以上)を有する。
