脑静脉鼻窦血栓（CVST）是脑静脉系统罕见的疾病，仅占中风所有病因的0.5-1.0%，但在儿童和青少年中发病率较高。在验尸过程中，CVST被查出是导致10%脑血管疾病死亡的原因2。血栓形成可能发生在颅内静脉系统的任何部分。优越的下垂鼻窦 （SSS） 是 CVST 中最常见的受影响区域之一，可能涉及多个血管。由于静脉鼻窦的狭窄或闭塞，颅内静脉回流被阻断，这通常伴随着颅内压力增加3。CVST的临床表现是复杂的，并随着时间的推移而变化：虽然症状缺乏特异性，但最常见的症状包括头痛（77.2%）、癫痫发作（42.7%）和神经缺陷（39.9%）。在严重的情况下，昏迷，甚至死亡可能发生4，5。近年来，由于医疗卫生水平和公共卫生意识的全面提高，相关危险因素的比例有所变化，创伤和感染的比例有所下降，妊娠、幼虫、口服避孕药等原因引起的CVST比例逐步上升5.
目前，CVST的发病机当时还没有得到很好的了解。为了深入探索CVST，需要进一步的病理生理学研究。然而，这些研究方法大多具有侵入性，因此难以在临床上实施。由于临床研究的诸多局限性，动物模型在基础研究和转化研究方面具有不可替代的优势。
CVST 的原因很复杂，因为它的初始发病通常无法识别，血栓形成的位置也非常多变。幸运的是，动物模型可以更好地控制这些因素。在过去的几十年里，各种CVST动物模型已经建立，每个模型都有其自身的缺点。根据不同的生产方法，大致可分为以下几个类：简单的SSS-ligation型号6、7：SSS内部注射加速器型号8：铁氯化物诱发的SSS血栓形成模型9：光化学诱发的SSS血栓模型10：和自制的栓塞闭塞SS模型11。然而，这些模型大多无法规避对动物大脑皮层的侵入性损伤，也无法准确控制缺血时间和位置。在某些模型中，血栓会自发地重新扫描：在其他模型中，SSS 将永久被遮挡。此外，复杂的手术和/或严重伤害可能会影响这些模型中随后的病理生理学发现。
在本研究中，将螺纹插头插入斯普拉格-道利（SD）大鼠的SSS中，以成功建立CVST模型，最大限度地减少损伤，实现精确可控性，并产生良好的稳定性。此外，小动物磁共振成像 （MRI） 和激光斑点血流成像相结合，以验证模型的有效性。我们评估了模型建立前后脑血流的变化，并评估了模型的稳定性，为进一步研究CVST的发生、发展和相关病理生理机制奠定了基础。
