Formålet med dette manuskript er at præsentere en sonografibaseret metode, der tillader in vivo-billeddannelse af blodgennemstrømningen i hjernearterier hos mus. Vi demonstrerer dens anvendelse til at bestemme ændringer i blodgennemstrømningen hastigheder forbundet med vasospasm i murin modeller af subarachnoid blødning (SAH).
