Task 1"이라고 하고 Task 2라고 하는 Complex Motor dual-Task는 시공간 매개변수에 통계적 차이가 없었습니다. 그러나 관절 각도 매개변수에서 횡단면의 양측 몸통 회전과 양측 골반 회전은 작업 1보다 작업 2에서 유의하게 더 컸습니다. 보행 이중 작업의 DTC 값의 경우, 정면의 양측 몸통 경사와 횡단면의 양측 골반 회전이 작업 1보다 작업 2에서 더 높았습니다.동시에 작업 1에 비해 작업 2에서 오른쪽 GPS의 올바른 케이던스가 크게 증가했습니다. 본 연구에서는 단일 보행 과제를 기준선으로 하는 것 외에도 주로 물 보유 작업과 장애물 통과 작업을 포함하여 운동 성능과 걷기의 두 가지 이중 작업을 비교하는 데 중점을 둡니다. 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자의 보행에 대한 이중 모드 작업의 효과를 탐색하고 이중 모드 매개변수의 DTC 값을 사용하여 뇌졸중 환자 간의 이질성을 축적하는 것을 목표로 합니다.이 결과는 DTC 값이 뇌졸중 환자의 이중 작업 보행을 평가하는 데 이점이 있음을 시사합니다.
