</ol>5. 碎片长度结果分析
注意：使用线性回归分析来估计碎片的长度。
<ol><li>为了调整 D1S80 PCR 片段的大小，在 50 bp 分子重量标准车道上的凝胶照片上放置一把尺子，使标尺顶部与装样品的井底排成一行（图 1）。 注意：为了计算分子重量标准（50 bp 分子重量标准）的线性回归方程，使用了电子表格程序。</li>
