2. 机械研究活性（快速）体温过低诱导
<ol><li>设置为体温过低（见 图2）。在老鼠身体的两侧放置两个带有夹子的反驳站。</li>

TH 感应是使用表面或血管内冷却方法实现的。大多数临床前体温过低的研究通过将水或乙醇涂在动物的毛皮上，或使用冷却毯达到目标温度1来进行表面冷却。在人类中，系统性表面冷却是通过使用冰袋和冷却毯子7，8实现的。使用血管内方法的患者表现出更快速的冷却，通过静脉或动脉内导管将冷盐水的感应输注与低劣静脉卡瓦9、10内放置血管内冷却装置相结合。例如，在1.5小时内可以达到33°C的中等目标温度，血管内冷却与3-4小时相比，患者11的表面冷却。血管内方法近年来也越来越流行，因为据报道，它减少了一些副作用，在全身表面冷却，如颤抖12，13。欧洲多中心，随机三期临床试验的缺血性中风（EUROHYP-1）大多使用表面冷却14。最近公布的试验结果表明，发抖是一种严重的并发症，可能限制了达到10度目标温度的能力。众所周知，发抖的反应主要是由皮肤温度引起的。已经做出了一些努力来开发一种啮齿动物血管内冷却方法15，但与人类使用的技术相比，这种技术具有高度侵入性，有可能混淆从该模型获得的任何结果。
