Ce travail rapporte une méthode pour contrôler le rythme cardiaque de cœurs murins intacts de souris transgéniques channelrhodopsin-2 (ChR2) en utilisant la photostimulation locale avec un réseau micro-LED et la cartographie optique simultanée du potentiel de membrane épicardique.
