Este trabalho relata um método de controle do ritmo cardíaco de corações murinos intactos de camundongos transgênicos com canalrodopsina-2 (ChR2) utilizando fotoestimulação local com matriz micro-LED e mapeamento óptico simultâneo do potencial de membrana epicárdica.
