Este trabajo informa un método para controlar el ritmo cardíaco de corazones murinos intactos de ratones transgénicos con canalrodopsina-2 (ChR2) utilizando fotoestimulación local con una matriz de micro-LED y mapeo óptico simultáneo del potencial de la membrana epicárdica.
