인탈 형광 현미경은 살아있는 조직에 있는 현면 역학을 공부하기 위하여 넓게 이용됩니다. 연구원은 생물학적 과정의 특이적이고 민감한 변환을 형광 신호로 제공하는 유전자 인코딩 된 센서를 빠르게 개발하고 있으며, 이는 널리 이용 가능한 형광 현미경을사용하여 쉽게 기록 할 수 있습니다1,2. 설치류에 있는 대부분의 내부 기관은 현미경을 사용하여 조사되었지만, 혀에 그것의 성공적인 신청은 아직 성공하지 못했습니다3.
