Uma sonda de força biomembrana (BFP) é uma técnica in situ dynamic force spectroscopy (DFS). O BFP pode ser usado para medir a constante de mola das interações moleculares em células vivas. Este protocolo apresenta análises constantes de mola para ligações moleculares detectadas pela BFP.
