Ce protocole présente une comparaison entre deux protocoles d’induction différents pour différencier les cellules souches de la pulpe dentaire humaine (hDPSC) vers des lignées pancréatiques in vitro: le protocole intégratif et le protocole non intégratif. Le protocole intégratif génère plus de cellules productrices d’insuline (PI).
