Questo protocollo presenta un confronto tra due diversi protocolli di induzione per differenziare le cellule staminali della polpa dentale umana (hDPSC) verso le linee pancreatiche in vitro:il protocollo integrativo e il protocollo non integrativo. Il protocollo integrativo genera più cellule produttrici di insulina (IPC).
