본 연구에서 제시된 프로토콜은 HTV 표준4,5,24에기초하여 확립되었으며, 고정된 상태에서 손 트랙터를 동작하는 동안 인간 손팔 시스템의 HTV 측정을 위한 표준 단계로 개발되었다. 이 상태는 손과 팔에 실제로 전달되는 진동의 신뢰할 수 있는 측정을 보장하는 데 도움이 되는 손 트랙터의 가장 안정적인 상태입니다. 엔진 속도?...

전원 틸러라고도 하는 손 트랙터는 개발도상국에서 작은 들판의 토지 준비를 위해 널리 사용됩니다. 핸드 트랙터의 현장 작동은 기계 뒤로 걸어가서 움직임을 제어하기 위해 핸들을 잡는 것을 포함합니다. 손 트랙터의 운영자는 작은 단일 실린더 엔진과 손트랙터1의서스펜션 시스템의 부족에 기인 할 수있는 진동의 높은 수준에 노출된다. 손팔 진동 증후군(HAVS)2는 손 트랙터에 의해 생성되고 운전자의 손에 의해 수신되는 손 투과 진동(HTV)이라는 진동으로부터 장시간 내구성에 의해 발생할 수 있습니다. 손 트랙터의 HTV에 운전자가 노출하여 얻은 건강 위험을 평가하기 위해서는 핸드암 시스템의 진동 반응 측정 방법을 수립할 필요가 있다.
손 팔 시스템은 뼈, 근육, 조직, 정맥 및 동맥, 힘줄 및 피부3으로구성되어 있으며 HTV의 직접 측정은 많은 문제를 제기합니다. 관련 국제표준4,5는 손의 좌표시스템, 가속도계의 위치 및 장착, 측정 지속시간, 케이블 커넥터 문제 등을포함하여 손 바로 부근에서 발생하는 진동의 심각도 측정에 관한 가이드라인을 제공한다. 그러나, 표준은 그립력, 손과 팔의 자세, 개별 요인 등과같은 본질적인 변수를 고려하지 않는다. 이러한 요인들은 광범위한 진동 흥분 및 시험 조건6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13에따라 광범위하게 조사되었지만, 다른 조사자의 결과는 양호한 합의가 되지 않는다. 이러한 요소 중 상당수는 표준 방법에 통합될 수 있을 것으로 충분히 이해되지 않았습니다. 이러한 제한은 인간 손팔 시스템의 복잡성, 시험 조건 및 사용되는 실험 및 측정 기술의 차이에 부분적으로 기인한다.
또한, HTV의 초기 측정의 대부분은 이상화 된 진동 여기, 그립 힘 및 자세 조건과 신중하게 제어 된 조건에서 수행되었다. 따라서 이러한 측정의 결과와 실험 절차는 손 트랙터의 작동 조건과 같은 실제 조건을 실제로 복제하지 못할 수 있습니다. 또한, 필드 측정손 트랙터의 HTV를 연구하기 위한 제한된 노력만 수행되었습니다. 이러한 측정은 운전자의 손목, 팔, 가슴 및 머리에 부착된 가속도계를 사용하여 트랙터의 운송 조건1하에서 전신 진동을 측정하거나, 또는 엔진 속도14의다른 수준으로 침수된 필드에서 경작및 웅웅거리는 조건 하에서 수행되었다. 본 연구는 고정 모드에서 손 트랙터의 HTV 측정을 위한 신뢰할 수 있고 반복가능한 절차의 수립에 기여하기 위하여 착수되었습니다. 도 1은 실험 설계의 회로도를 제시한다. 중국에서 제조되고 중국 농부들이 일반적으로 사용하는 손 트랙터가 고용되었고, 10명의 연구 근로자가 연구의 대상으로 선정되었습니다. 트랙터 핸드암 시스템에 부착된 7개의 경량 압전 가속도계를 사용하여 진동을 측정했습니다. 테스트 중 엔진 속도와 그립력을 모니터링한 타코스터 1개와 박막 압력 센서 2개가 있습니다. 피사체는 다양한 작동 모드에서 진동 특성을 얻기 위해 지정된 엔진 속도와 지정된 그립 힘으로 핸드 트랙터를 순차적으로 작동시켜야 했습니다. 이 원고는 그립력및 진동 주파수의 변화를 고려하여 트랙터 손 팔 시스템의 HTV 측정을 위한 상세한 프로토콜을 제공합니다.
