20 N 순환 로딩을 실시한 샘플에서 연골세포 생존율의 단기 변화(1시간 및 12시간)의 대표적인 결과가 얻어졌다. 그림 3에서 볼 수 있듯이 죽은 연골 세포의 수 (적색 형광)는 외상 후 12 시간에 증가했습니다. 반대로, 살아있는 연골 세포의 수 (녹색 형광)는 계속 감소했으며, 일부 샘플에는 감염된 부위에 살아있는 연골 세포가 포함되어 있지 않았습니다.
