圧力-容積(PV)ループには、収縮終期および拡張末期の圧力および体積、駆出率、一回拍出量、および脳卒中作業を含む多数の血行動態情報が含まれています1。さらに、過渡的な予荷重低減により、負荷独立変数を導出できるループのファミリが作成されます2,3。心室機能のこの負荷に依存しない評価は、血行動態評価においてPVループ記録を最先端のものにします。PVループ記録はヒトで行うことができますが、主に前臨床研究で使用され、推奨されています4,5,6。
