伝統的な漢方薬(TCM)と物理的刺激の臨床技術の一種として、鍼治療(AM)は、しばしば鍼治療効果に影響を与える重要な因子とみなされる1,2。多くの研究は、同じAMの異なるAMまたは異なる刺激パラメータ(必要速度、振幅、周波数など)が異なる治療効果を生じさせたことを確認しました3,4,5,6,7。従って、治療効果を有するAMおよび相関分析の関連運動学的パラメータの測定は、鍼治療における臨床処置のための有用なデータ支持および参照を提供することができる8,9。
AMの運動学的パラメータの測定は1980s10に始まった。初期の頃、可変抵抗に基づく電気信号変換技術は、主に、AM11の振幅および周波数データを表示および記録するための電圧または電流信号に針体の変位信号を変換するために使用された。また、この技術を用いた有名なATP-II中国医学鍼治療技術テスターII(ATP-II)は、現在、中国の多くの伝統的な中国医学の大学で使用されています12。その後、センサー技術の継続的な開発と革新により、AMの運動学的パラメータを収集するためにさまざまなタイプのセンサーが使用されました。例えば、3軸電磁モーションセンサーは、必要な振幅と速度13を獲得するために針ハンドルに取り付けられました。生物電気信号センサーは、必要な周波数14などを記録するために、動物の脊髄の裏角に置かれました。上記2種類の技術に基づくAMの定量的研究は、必要時に関連する運動学的パラメータの取得を完了しましたが、その主な欠点は、リアルタイムの非侵襲的測定を行う能力と、針体の改変によって生じる操作感触の変化です。
近年、モーショントラッキング技術は、AM15,16の定量的研究に徐々に応用されました。必要な映像のフレームごとの分析に基づいているため、鍼治療パラメータの測定は、針体を変更することなく、生体内操作中に取得することができます。この技術は、2次元(2D)面での必要時の親指と人差し指の4つの追跡点の振幅、速度、加速度、周波数などの運動学的パラメータを測定するために使用され、対応する指スティック図15を確立した。いくつかの研究はまた、同様の技術を有する親指と人差し指の間面切合体(IP)関節の角度変化範囲を測定した9,17,18。しかし、AM解析に関する現在の研究は、主に2Dモーションプレーンに限られており、追跡点の数は比較的少ないです。これまでのところ、AMの完全な3次元(3D)キネマティクスの運動学の測定と分析方法はなく、関連データは公開されていない。
