단일 입자 저온 -EM은 생물학적 거대 분자1의 고해상도 구조 측정을위한 주류 구조 생물학 기술이되었다. 단일 입자 재구성은 생물학적 거대 분자2,3의 3차원 (3D) 구조를 재구성하는 데 사용되는 2차원 (2D) 입자 이미지를 추출하기 위해 유리화 된 샘플의 광대 한 수의 현미경 그래프를 획득하는 데 달려 있습니다.
