치주 조직을 보호하는 제1라인 방어 구조인 인간 칭기바는 물리적 및 화학적 장벽1일뿐만 아니라 면역 반응에 참여하고 면역 장벽2,3을구성하는 다양한 종류의 염증 중물질을 분비한다. gingival 상피는 치주 조직의 수리 및 재생에 중요한 역할을한다. 따라서, 칭기발 상피의 방어 및 면역을 공부하는 것은 치주염의 발생, 진단 및 처리를 이해하는 데 큰 의미가 있습니다. 인간 칭기질 조직에서 gingival 상피 세포의 격리 및 배양은 칭기발 상피를 연구하는 데 필요한 첫 번째 단계입니다. 이러한 절차는 조직 공학을 위한 종자 세포 생산, 치주 관련 질병의 체외 모델 및 치주 결함을 복구하기 위한 재료와 같은 기본적인 수술이 필요합니다.
