Qui, descriviamo la radiosintesi di 1-(2-[18F]Fluoroetil)-L-triptofano, un agente di imaging tomografico ad emissione di positroni per studiare il metabolismo del triptofano, utilizzando una strategia one-pot, in due fasi in un sistema di sintesi radiochimica con buone rese radiochimiche, alto eccesso enantiomerico e alta affidabilità.
