OCTA 장치는 3 x 3mm 맵에서 파라포베아에서 표면 모세관 신경총을 측정하며, 이는 foveal 중심과 동심원입니다(그림 1). 이 장비는 선박 길이 밀도(측정된 영역에서 순환하는 모세혈관의 길이)와 관류 밀도(순환이 있는 측정 영역의 백분율)를 자동으로 측정하며, 여기에는 모세혈관보다 큰 선박의 밀도(그림 2)5가 포함됩니다. 용기 밀도는 생리학적 조건하에서 관류 밀도에 실질적인 기여를 갖는다. 일부 장치는 혈관 밀도를 "골격화 된 혈관 밀도"로, 관류 밀도를 "혈관 / 혈관 밀도"로 측정합니다. 장치에 관계없이 일반적으로 길이 측정 (mm / mm2 또는 mm-1로 측정)과 순환 영역 (%로 측정)에 대한 측정이 자동으로 생성됩니다.

Pathak et al.은 인공 신경망을 사용하는 인구 통계 학적 및 인위적 측정에서 순수 근육과 지방 질량을 추정하기 위해 결정 계수를 사용했습니다. 그들의 연구에 따르면 그들의 모델은 0.92의 R2 값을 가지고 있으며, 이는 종속 변수의 많은 부분의 변동성을 설명했습니다12.
