最后，滤波后的 FRET 事件由 E-S 图和 FRET 效率直方图表示（图 4）。E-S 图是优化上述滤波步骤和调查最终结果的有用工具。部分漂白或不完全标记的FRET传感器可以通过其化学计量值来排除。迁移率参数可以通过在 x-y 图（图 6）或均方位移 （MSD） 图（图 4）中绘制单个轨迹路径来研究。第一种方法对于区分移动和固定事件特别有用，而后者用于计算扩散系数。
