Un modèle murin de pancréatite aiguë sévère est décrit ici. La procédure présentée ici est très rapide, simple et accessible, permettant ainsi potentiellement l’étude des mécanismes moléculaires et des différentes interventions thérapeutiques dans la pancréatite aiguë de manière pratique.
