Aquí se describe un modelo de ratón de pancreatitis aguda grave. El procedimiento presentado aquí es muy rápido, simple y accesible, lo que potencialmente permite el estudio de los mecanismos moleculares y las diferentes intervenciones terapéuticas en la pancreatitis aguda de una manera conveniente.
