このプロトコルは、既存の固定サイズのスーパーキャパシタを克服し、正確なインクジェット印刷によって自由曲面スーパーキャパシタを製造する方法を提供します。このプロトコルを通じて、人的および物的資源の効率を確保することができます。また、インクジェットプリンタのソフトウェア制御方法をユーザに提供することで、より精密なスーパーキャパシタの製造にも役立つ可能性がある。この技術はインクジェットプリンタを扱う方法を提供するため、このプロトコルはスーパーキャパシタの製造だけでなく、他のデバイスの製造にも使用できます。電気化学二重層コンデンサ(EDLC)のパターンを設計する前に、CADプログラムを実行することから始めます。プログラムウィンドウの上にある[ファイル]ボタンに移動し、[新規]ボタンと[プロジェクト]ボタンをクリックして新しいプロジェクトファイルを作成します。ボードファイルを生成するには、ファイル、新規、およびボードボタンを順番にクリックします。作成したボードファイルウィンドウの左上にあるメッシュ状のグリッドボタンをクリックして、グリッドサイズ、複数、および Alt の値を設定します。グリッドサイズと Alt 値をミリメートルからインチに変更して、インクジェットプリンタが PCB CAD パターンを読み取ることができるようにします 最高プレス 微調整を行います。パラメータを設定したら、集電体とEDLCラインのパターンを桁違いに設計します。ゲルポリマー電解質、またはGPEを、長方形の形態でパターンおよび集電パッドを設計する。導電線、EDLC、GPEなどの3種類の最終パターンでは、[表示]と[レイヤー設定]を順番にクリックして3つのレイヤーを設定します。新しいレイヤーを作成するには、表示レイヤーウィンドウの左下にある「新規レイヤー」ボタンを押します。新しいレイヤーの新しいウィンドウで、新しいレイヤーの名前と色を設定します。レイヤーを視覚的に区別するには、3つのレイヤーの名前を集電体、EDLC、GPEに設定し、カラーの右側にあるボックスをクリックして対応する色を変更します。画面左下の[線]を押します。線の太さを変更するには、上部中央に位置する幅の値をインチスケールで入力します。次に、メインフィールドをクリックし、ドラッグして線を描画します。線の長さを編集するには、線を右クリックし、下部にあるプロパティをクリックします。[開始] フィールドと [終了] フィールドに、開始点と終了点の X 値と Y 値を入力します。パターンの基準点として、左上隅を 0, 0 に設定します。前に共有した情報に基づいて残りのパターンを描画します。描画されたパターンを目的のレイヤーに設定するには、パターンを右クリックし、[プロパティ]をクリックします。次に、[レイヤー]をクリックして、目的のレイヤーを選択します。メインウィンドウの左下にあるRECTを押して、GPEで集電パッドの長方形のパターンを描画します。以前に描画したパターンが存在する画面をクリックしてドラッグします。次に、長方形のサーフェスを右クリックし、下部にある[プロパティ]をクリックします。長方形の左上と右下の X、Y 値をそれぞれ [開始] フィールドと [終了] フィールドに入力します。前述のように、四角形を目的のレイヤーに設定します。デザインしたパターンのCADファイルをガーバーファイル形式に変換する前に、ファイルをクリックしてボードファイルをbrd形式で保存し、保存してください。ファイルを保存した後、ウィンドウの上部にある[ファイル]タブをクリックし、[CAMプロセッサ]をクリックします。目的のレイヤーのガーバーファイルを作成するには、マイナス記号を押して上部の銅や下部の銅などのサブリストを削除して、出力ファイルの[ガーバー]タブの下にある項目を変更します。プラスを押して新しいガーバー出力をクリックしてガーバー出力を作成します。画面の右側で、右側の歯車を押して、名前と機能のレイヤー名を銅に設定します。次に、レイヤータイプをトップに設定し、集電体、EDLC、およびGPEのガーバーレイヤー番号をL1、L2、およびL3の順に設定します。ガーバーファイルの下部にあるレイヤーウィンドウで、左下のレイヤーの編集をクリックして、目的の各レイヤーを選択します。作成する出力ファイルの名前を設定するには、ウィンドウの下部にある Output の Gerber ファイル名を prefix/name.gbr に設定します。最後に、ウィンドウの左上にある[ジョブの保存]をクリックして設定を保存します。右下のプロセスジョブをクリックして、ガーバーファイルを作成します。インクジェットプリンタソフトウェアパラメータを設定するには、プリンタプログラムを実行してから、[印刷]ボタンをクリックし、[シンプル]を選択して、[柔軟な導電性インク]を選択します。デザインしたパターンのガーバーファイルをアップロードするには、「ファイルを選択」ボタンをクリックします。導電線のガーバーファイルを選択して開きます。黄色のボックスで示されるように[次へ]ボタンをクリックします。次にPCBボードを固定し、プローブをマウントします。完了したら、[アウトライン]ボタンをクリックして、プローブを介してPCBプリンタのゼロポイントを調整します。画面上のパターン画像を移動するには、アウトラインボタンをドラッグしてクリックします。プローブが目的のパスを通過するかどうかを確認します。次に、[次へ]タブをクリックします。プローブをクリックして基板の高さを測定し、基板が平らであるかどうかを確認します。高さ測定が完了したら、プローブを取り外し、インクカートリッジをインクディスペンサーに挿入し、内径230マイクロメートルのノズルを接続してディスペンサーを準備します。導電ライン用インクディスペンサー、EDLC、GPEを装着した後、各インクのパラメータを調整しながらキャリブレーションボタンを押してサンプルパターンを印刷します。印刷結果を目視で確認し、各インクのパラメータ値を記録します。エタノールで湿らせたクリーニングワイプでサンプル印刷パターンを消去してから、[スタート]ボタンを押して導電線のデザインパターンを印刷します。印刷後、基板を裏返し、導電線を摂氏180度で30分間硬化させ、基板と導電線を合わせた重量を測定した。プリンター・プログラムの「開始」画面で、「位置合わせ」オプションを選択し、EDLC 回線パターン・ファイルをロードして、「次へ」をクリックします。導電性ラインの位置がEDLCラインと導電性ラインのパターン位置を整列させるために、2つのアライメントポイントを介して検出されていることを確認します。次に、ランダムなポイントに移動し、位置が正しいかどうかを確認します。導電線の全高を測定し、[プローブ]ボタンをクリックして、導電線の上にあるディスペンサーノズルの高さを確認します。EDLCインクのソフトウェアパラメータ値を変更します。完了したら、サンプルパターンを印刷して、ソフトウェアパラメータ値が適切かどうかを確認します。その後、エタノールを含ませたクリーニングワイプでサンプル印刷パターンを消去し、スタートボタンを押してEDLCラインを印刷します。インクジェット印刷されたスーパーキャパシタ装置について電気化学測定を行う。「Ch に適用」をクリックし、サイクリックボルタンメトリー検定のシーケンスファイルを実行して結果を取得します。Chに適用をクリックし、ガルバノスタティック充放電試験のシーケンスファイルを実行して結果を取得します。[Chに適用]をクリックし、電気化学インピーダンス分光法テストのシーケンスファイルを実行して結果を取得します。導電性インク及びEDLCインクの構造特性を走査型電子顕微鏡で分析した。導電性インクは、連続的な導電経路を形成するように十分に中心化された。インクのすべての成分はよく分散しており、印刷中に目詰まりを引き起こす可能性のある目に見える要素はありませんでした。EDLCインクのレオロジー特性が報告され、インクの粘度が剪断時間とともに増加し、応力誘発構造延長、延伸、または再配列なしに剪断増粘挙動を示すことが観察された。この研究では、印刷されたスーパーキャパシタが正常に得られました。印刷品質は良好であると考えられる。印刷パターンの欠陥が少ないかまったくなく、表面粗さが最小限で均一な厚さである場合。毎分100ミリメートル以上の送り速度での印刷結果は、目に見える断線のない均一な線を示しました。送り速度が最大で毎分600ミリメートルになると、全体的な印刷時間が短縮されました。毎分500ミリメートルの送り速度で印刷された結果と比較して、ディスペンサーが急速に動いたため、毎分600ミリメートルで形成されたラインが切断または亀裂が入っていました。毎分300ミリリットルの供給速度は、適切な印刷時間およびひび割れ形成を防止するために最適であった。印刷結果は、キックの対応する変更についてチェックされました。キックが低すぎるとすべてのラインが切断されました。しかし、ハイキック時の高圧がボトルネックとなり、ノズル詰まりの原因となった。適切なキック値では、ラインは壊れず、ノズルは詰まらなかった。ソフトウェアパラメータ制御により、より精密な印刷が可能となり、多くの研究者が様々な分野で最適な条件でインクジェット印刷を活用できます。
