<p class="jove_content">باعتبارها واحدة من النماذج الأكثر صرامة وأقل تحديا من الناحية التقنية ، وزرع الجلد هو طريقة قياسية لفحص استجابات المضيف لمستضدات الخلايا التائية المانحة MHC - متباينة. الهدف من هذه المادة عن طريق الفيديو هو تقديم المشاهد مع مظاهرة خطوة بخطوة البصرية زرع الجلد باستخدام نموذج الفأر. يتم تقسيم البروتوكول حيز 5 عناصر رئيسية هي : 1) حصاد الجلد المانحة ؛ 2) إعداد المتلقي للزرع ؛ 3) زرع الجلد ؛ 4) إزالة الضماد ورصد رفض الكسب غير المشروع ؛ 5) تلميحات مفيدة. يتقن مرة واحدة ، يجب أن تتخذ الإجراء نفسه &lt;10 دقيقة للتنفيذ.</p>
