<p> Zoals aangetoond in deze video-artikel, de huid transplantatie model is een snelle en eenvoudige methode voor de controle allogene T-cel responsen. Allogene huid transplantatie heeft een breed scala aan toepassingen en is gebruikt voor het testen van de efficiëntie van een verscheidenheid van immunosuppressiva en tolerantie-inductie-protocollen, evenals het onderzoeken van de biologische effecten van de verschillende blokkerende antilichamen. </p>

<p class="jove_content">Als een van de strengste en minst technisch uitdagende modellen, huid transplantatie is een standaard methode voor het testen van gastheer T-cel responsen aan MHC-ongelijksoortige donor antigenen. Het doel van deze video-artikel is om de kijker te voorzien van een stap-voor-stap visuele demonstratie van de huid transplantatie met de muis model. Het protocol is onderverdeeld in vijf hoofdonderdelen: 1) het oogsten van donorhuid, 2) het opstellen ontvanger voor transplantatie; 3) huid transplantatie; 4) bandage verwijdering en het toezicht op afstoting van het transplantaat; 5) nuttige tips. Eenmaal bedreven, moet de procedure zelf te nemen &lt;10 min. uit te voeren.</p>
