<p> Wie in diesem Video-Beitrag gezeigt hat, ist die Hauttransplantationsmodell eine schnelle und einfache Methode zur Überwachung von allogenen T-Zell-Antworten. Allogene Hauttransplantation hat eine breite Palette von Anwendungen und hat Assay wurde die Effizienz einer Vielzahl von Immunsuppressiva und Toleranzinduktion Protokollen, sowie zur Untersuchung der biologischen Wirkungen der verschiedenen blockierende Antikörper eingesetzt. </p>

<p class="jove_content">Als einer der härtesten und am wenigsten technisch anspruchsvollen Modellen ist Hauttransplantation eine standardisierte Methode, um Test-Host T-Zell-Antworten auf MHC-disparate Spender-Antigene. Das Ziel dieses Video-Artikels ist es, den Betrachter mit einer Schritt-für-Schritt-visuelle Demonstration der Hauttransplantation am Mausmodell liefern. ; 2) vorzubereiten Empfänger für die Transplantation, 3) Hauttransplantat; 4) Bandage entfernt und Überwachung Abstoßung des Transplantats; 5) hilfreiche Hinweise 1) Ernte Spenderhaut: Das Protokoll ist in 5 Hauptkomponenten unterteilt.
