को चिकित्सा सोडियम हाइलूरोनेट जेल के साथ कोट करें। इसके बाद, माउस कॉर्निया पर एक 100 डी संपर्क लेंस रखें, जिसमें अवतल पक्ष कॉर्नियल सतह पर सोडियम हाइलूरोनेट जेल को छूता है। फिर, माउस को सीएसएलओ डिवाइस की ओसीटी विशेषताओं के अनुरूप थे। एक हाइपररिफ्लेक्टिव घाव सबरेटिनल स्पेस पर दिखाई दिया और बाहरी परमाणु परत में फैल गया, लेकिन बाहरी प्लेक्सीफॉर्म परत के माध्यम से नहीं टूटा।इस घाव की ओसीटी उपस्थिति पैथोलॉजिकल निष्कर्षों के अनुरूप थी। पैथोलॉजिकल सेक्शन से पता चला कि नियोवैस्कुलराइजेशन रेटिना पिगमेंट एपिथेलियम परत, फोटोरिसेप्टर आंतरिक-बाहरी खंडों और बाहरी सीमित झिल्ली के माध्यम से टूट गया, बाहरी परमाणु परत पर हमला किया, लेकिन बाहरी प्लेक्सीफॉर्म परत पर नहीं। उप-स्थान पर स्थित हाइपररिफ्लेक्टिव घाव के एक अन्य बैंड में बाहरी परमाणु परत शामिल नहीं थी।पैथोलॉजिकल निष्कर्षों के अनुरूप, यह सबरेटिनल
