1. D. 双蚜虫的培养

杀线虫剂在固定Ditylenchus dipsaci的能力上有所不同 在针对D. dipsaci测试的七种表征的杀线虫剂中，只有Fluopyram在本文所述的测定中表现出强大的活性（图1C）。这与先前的工作一致，表明D. dipsaci对杀线虫剂13，14具有耐受性。Fluopyram以线虫选择性方式抑制电子传递链的复合物II，并且是一种用于控制各种PPN的商用杀线虫剂，包括Rotylenchulus reniformis和Meloidogyne incognita4，21，22。通过对D. dipsaci的剂量反应分析，更详细地研究了氟吡仑和在测试浓度（Oxamyl）23下缺乏活性的杀线虫剂之一。氟吡仑诱导对D. dipsaci迁移率的明显剂量依赖性作用，EC50为9.3μM（8.2至10.5μM之间的95%置信区间）（图2A，B）。该结果基于Storelli等人发表的体外结果，202013。奥沙米对浓度高达120μM的迁移率没有显着影响（p = 0.3632，未成对的t检验）（图2C，D）。
