ヒト用医薬品の登録に関する技術要件の調和に関する国際会議(ICH)ガイドライン1 および国家医療製品局(NMPA)ガイドライン2によると、トキシコキネティック(TK)研究におけるラットの採血時点の数は、動的薬物曝露評価の要件を満たす必要があります。ラットのおおよその総血液量は55-70 mL / kg体重です3。収集時間ポイントは通常、投与後30分以内に集中し、その後減少し、定期検査では48時間以内に10を超える血液サンプルを収集する必要があります4。例えば、血液サンプルは、経口投与薬物のTK研究において、12時点(0分、5分、10分、15分、30分、45分、1時間、2時間、3時間、4時間、8時間、および12時間)で収集される。研究者は、TKテスト5用の高品質の血漿を得るために、ラットで200〜250μLの血液を繰り返し採取する必要があります。
