Her præsenterer vi fremstillingsmetoden for et optrodesystem med optiske fibre til lystilførsel og et elektrodearray til neural optagelse. In vivo-eksperimenter med transgene mus, der udtrykker channelrhodopsin-2, viser systemets gennemførlighed til samtidig optogenetisk stimulering og elektrofysiologisk optagelse.
