EHAモーターポンプアセンブリの出力特性をテストすることは、EHA性能の最適化と改善にとって非常に重要です。ただし、特にEHAの場合、モーターポンプアセンブリの性能テストに関する研究は比較的少ないです。そこで、シミュレーションと実験を組み合わせた試験方法を実施しました。この方法は、幅広い動作条件、特にEHAポンプのモーターポンプアセンブリのテストに適しています。
2つの主な課題があり、1つ目は、モーターポンプの出力流量特性を解析するための正確なシミュレーションモデルを構築し、モーターポンプアセンブリの最適設計を支援することです。モータポンプ組立のシミュレーションモデルを階層モデリングにより確立し、異なるパラメータを変更することで出力フローのシミュレーション解析を実現しました。2つ目は、高速によって引き起こされる試験要素のキャビテーションであり、これは通常のポンプと区別する最も重要な側面です。そのため、さまざまな作業条件下でのテストを実現するためのテストシステムを設計する際には、オイル供給システムの設計に重点を置いています。
このプロトコルでは、ポンプ流量特性を最初にシミュレートするために1次元シミュレーションモデルを確立し、ポンプ流量特性がEHAの要件を満たしているかどうかを判断しました。次に、流れ特性と総合効率を専用のテストベンチで実験的にテストし、シミュレーションでは正確にシミュレーションできない総合効率マップを取得しました。最後に、ポンプの流量特性を実験結果と比較し、シミュレーション結果の精度を検証しました。一方、単軸同軸モーターポンプアセンブリの性能を評価するために、全体的な効率マップが得られました。
