일반적으로 전력 밀도가 높은 통합 액추에이터로 알려진 EHA는 항공 우주, 항공, 건설 기계 및 로봇 공학 1,2와 같은 분야에서 광범위한 전망을 가지고 있습니다. EHA는 주로 서보 모터, 펌프, 실린더, 가압 저장소, 밸브 블록, 모드 제어 밸브, 모듈 제어 밸브 및 센서로 구성되며 고집적, 펌프 제어, 폐쇄 유압 시스템을 구성합니다. 회로도와 물리적 모델은 그림 1 3,4,5,6,7에 나와 있습니다. 모터 펌프 어셈블리는 핵심 동력 및 제어 구성 요소이며 EHA7의 정적 및 동적 성능을 결정합니다.
종래의 모터 펌프 어셈블리는 별도의 모터와 펌프로 구성되며, 샤프트는 샤프트 커플 링(8)에 의해 연결된다. 이 구조는 EHA의 성능과 수명에 심각한 부정적인 영향을 미칩니다. 첫째, 모터와 펌프 모두 특히 고속5에서 조립 정확도로 인해 상대적으로 큰 진동을 견뎌냅니다. 진동은 펌프의 출력 특성에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 펌프의 마찰 계면의 마모를 가속화하여 모터 펌프 어셈블리(9)의 고장을 초래합니다. 둘째, 펌프의 샤프트 끝단에 씰링을 설정해야하므로 누출을 근본적으로 방지 할 수 없습니다. 한편, 모터 펌프 어셈블리의 기계적 효율은 마찰 저항10이 증가함에 따라 감소합니다. 셋째, 모터 펌프 어셈블리의 빈번한 반전은 커플 링의 마모를 가속화하고 피로 파괴의 가능성을 증가시켜 EHA11,12의 시스템 신뢰성을 감소시킵니다.
따라서, 이러한 단점을 피하기 위해 공유 하우징 내의 단일 축 동축 모터 펌프 어셈블리가 개발되었습니다. 구조는 그림 2에 나와 있습니다. 이 구성 요소에는 커플링 없는 설계가 채택되어 모터와 펌프의 동적 성능과 윤활 상태를 동시에 높일 수 있습니다. 이 단일 샤프트 동축 설계는 두 로터의 정렬을 보장하고 고속 조건에서 동적 균형을 향상시킵니다. 또한 공유 하우징은 샤프트 끝단 누출을 근본적으로 제거합니다.
EHA 모터 펌프 어셈블리의 출력 특성을 테스트하는 것은 EHA 성능의 최적화 및 개선에 매우 중요합니다. 그러나 특히 EHA에 대한 모터 펌프 어셈블리의 성능 테스트에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적습니다. 따라서 시뮬레이션과 실험을 결합하는 테스트 방법을 수행했습니다. 이 방법은 광범위한 작동 조건, 특히 EHA 펌프의 모터 펌프 어셈블리를 테스트하는 데 적합합니다.

이 프로토콜에서는 펌프 흐름 특성이 EHA의 요구 사항을 충족하는지 여부를 판단하여 초기에 펌프 흐름 특성을 시뮬레이션하기 위해 1차원 시뮬레이션 모델을 설정했습니다. 그런 다음 전용 테스트 벤치에서 흐름 특성과 전체 효율성을 실험적으로 테스트하여 시뮬레이션으로 정확하게 시뮬레이션할 수 없는 전체 효율성 맵을 얻었습니다. 마지막으로 펌프 유동 특성을 실험 결과와 비교하여 시뮬레이션 결과의 정확성을 검증했습니다. 한편, 단일 축 동축 모터 펌프 어셈블리의 성능을 평가하기 위해 전체 효율 맵을 얻었습니다.

전기 유체 정압 액추에이터(EHA)는 높은 출력 밀도, 유지 보수 용이성 및 신뢰성 측면에서 기존 유압 서보 액추에이터와 비교할 때 가장 유망한 대안이 될 수 있습니다. EHA의 성능과 서비스 수명을 결정하는 핵심 동력 장치인 모터-펌프 어셈블리는 넓은 속도/압력 범위와 높은 동적 응답을 동시에 보유해야 합니다.
이 백서에서는 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 모터 펌프 어셈블리의 성능을 테스트하는 방법을 제시합니다. 유량 출력 특성은 실험 시작 시 어셈블리의 시뮬레이션 및 분석을 통해 정의되었으며, 이는 펌프가 EHA의 요구 사항을 충족할 수 있는지 여부에 대한 결론으로 이어졌습니다. 1,450-9,000rpm의 속도 범위와 1-30MPa의 압력 범위에서 펌프 테스트 벤치를 통해 모터 펌프 어셈블리에 대해 일련의 성능 테스트가 수행되었습니다.
유량 출력 특성의 테스트 결과와 시뮬레이션 결과 간의 일관성을 확인한 후 다양한 작업 조건에서 모터 펌프 어셈블리의 전반적인 효율성을 테스트했습니다. 결과는 어셈블리가 10-25 MPa의 압력 하에서 4,500-7,000 rpm에서 작업 할 때와 5-15 MPa 하에서 2,000-2,500 rpm에서 작업 할 때 더 높은 전체 효율을 가짐을 보여주었습니다. 전반적으로이 방법은 모터 펌프 어셈블리가 EHA의 요구 사항을 충족하는지 여부를 미리 결정하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한이 백서는 EHA 성능을 예측하는 데 도움이 될 수있는 다양한 작업 조건에서 모터 펌프 어셈블리의 신속한 테스트 방법을 제안합니다.
