신장은 체중의 0.5 %에 불과하지만 혈류가 풍부하여 총 심 박출량의 20 % -25 %를받습니다1. 신장 혈류 (RBF)의 조절은 신장 기능, 체액 및 전해질 항상성의 핵심입니다. 신장에 대한 혈류 조절의 중요성은 일측 신장 절제술 2,3,4 후 나머지 신장에서 RBF의 실질적인 증가와 신부전 5,6,7에서 발생하는 RBF의 감소에 의해 잘 설명됩니다.
