电动静液压执行器（EHA）是更多电动飞机（MEA）飞行控制的关键部件。EHA的典型结构如图 1所示。与传统的液压伺服执行器 （HSA）1 相比，其紧凑的结构保证了高功率密度、低维护以及更高的容错性和安全性。然而，目前EHA的可靠性还不能满足更多电动飞机的实际要求2。因此，冗余技术已被引入到EHA的设计中。为了最大限度地提高冗余技术的有效性，应通过故障检测方法3监控系统的运行状态。根据故障发生的位置，EHA的故障模式可分为伺服控制器故障和功率控制单元（PCU）故障。PCU故障又可分为传感器故障、机电单元故障和液压单元故障。伺服控制器的故障机构与EHA本体关系不大，传感器的故障概率远低于设备部件4。因此，本文重点介绍机电单元和液压单元的故障。
机电单元故障包括电机驱动模块故障和无刷直流电机 （BLDCM） 故障。通常，功率驱动电子设备（PDE）故障（例如，短路故障，开路故障）的概率相对较高。当发生短路故障时，PDE电流会在短时间内急剧上升，造成电机停机或电气元件损坏等严重后果。虽然电机在发生开路故障后可以保持其工作状态，但其他电气元件的过流和过电压仍然是不可避免的，因此可能会发生二次故障5。至于 BLDCM，电机绕组最容易发生短路或开路故障6.机电单元中的偏微分方程与相应的电机绕组串联。为电机绕组设计的故障检测方法在处理偏微分方程中的故障时也很有效。因此，应在线检测机电单元故障，包括电机和偏微分方程中的故障。
液压单元故障包括定排量柱塞泵、集成阀块和驱动油缸7 中的故障发生。EHA的柱塞泵由活塞，斜盘和阀板组成;密封损坏和阀板磨损是故障的主要形式8.这两种故障模式增加了泵的泄漏。输出流量和压力的异常变化随之而来，最终导致驱动油缸的速度降低和系统伺服性能的降低。集成阀块的故障模式包括加压储液罐故障、止回阀故障、溢流阀故障和模式选择阀故障。加压油箱通常采用自增压设计，可靠性高。然而，当发生故障时，充气压力不足会导致泵气蚀，导致输出流量异常。弹簧疲劳、部件磨损和变形是止回阀和安全阀中常见的故障模式。止回阀故障表现为反向泄漏，直接导致流量异常。安全阀故障导致保护功能失效，导致压力异常。选模阀的常见故障是复位弹簧故障和线圈断裂。前者引起工作状态的电流切换，导致驱动缸的异常运动。驱动油缸故障会导致位置控制精度和动态性能下降。综上所述，液压单元的故障导致流量和压力异常9.由于EHA系统中的流量和电机转速大致成正比，因此可以在线监控转速，以检测由于突然故障引起的异常流量和压力。
针对前面提到的机电单元故障和液压单元故障，需要设计相应的故障检测方法。机电系统中的故障检测方法主要包括状态估计和参数识别10.状态观察器建立在系统的数学模型之上，该模型通过分析观察器生成的残差序列进行状态估计并确定故障。Alcorta等人提出了一种简单新颖的非线性观测器，具有两个校正项，用于商用飞机振动故障检测，非常有效11。但是，这种类型的方法必须解决观察者的鲁棒性问题。换句话说，它必须抑制由模型误差或外部干扰等非故障信息引起的残差序列的变化。而且，这种方法通常需要非常准确的模型信息，这在实际工程应用中通常很难收集到。
参数识别方法采用一定的算法来识别系统中的重要参数。当故障发生时，相应的参数值也会发生变化。因此，可以通过检测参数的变化来检测故障。参数识别方法不需要计算残差序列，因此可以避免干扰对检测精度的影响。自适应滤波器易于实现，性能稳定，在参数辨识中得到了广泛的应用，是机电故障检测的有利可行方法12。Zhu等人提出了一种新的基于核自适应滤波器的多模型自适应估计故障检测方法，该方法实现了真实飞行状态值的估计和执行器故障在线检测，性能良好13。
参考前人的研究，设计了相应的故障检测方法。当发生电气故障时，绕组的电阻会突然变化，例如开路故障或短路故障。因此，设计了一种基于NLMS算法的自适应滤波器来识别绕组的电阻，从而确定是否发生了电气故障。将自适应滤波器与NLMS算法相结合，以最小化参数向量的变化，从而产生更好更快的收敛效果14。针对液压单元故障，基于泵转速与驱动缸位置的明确解析关系，提出了一种转速估计算法。通过实时将估计转速与实际转速进行比较，在线检测EHA液压故障。
本文采用仿真与实验相结合的测试方法。首先，建立了EHA的数学模型，并对所提出的故障检测方法进行了仿真。仿真包括验证在非故障和故障注入条件下的检测方法。然后，在实际伺服控制器中实现了故障检测方法。最后，对仿真和实验结果进行了分析和对比，评价了故障检测方法的有效性。
