静水圧アクチュエータ(EHA)は、電動アクチュエータと油圧アクチュエータ1の両方の利点の組み合わせにより、産業用プレス、大型移動機械、クレーンマニピュレータ、および一次航空機制御などの用途に対する関心が高まっています。可変速度EHAと可変変位EHAの2つの基本的なタイプのEHAを識別できます。現在、可変速EHAは、その高い効率とシンプルさのために、可変変位EHAよりも人気があります。しかし、大型打上げ機3 や潜水艦4などの大型機に求められるEHAの高出力化に伴い、可変速EHAの駆動モータや関連電子機器には、低動態、高放熱、高価格などの課題があります。したがって、可変容量EHAは、ポンプ容量を調整する低電力装置を介して制御が実現されるため、これらの高出力アプリケーション(>30kW)向けに再検討されています。

EVDPの予備設計のための具体的なシミュレーションモデルは、新たに提案された概念であるため提案されていませんが、関連するメカトロニクス製品に多くの研究が投資されています。予備設計9では、重量、効率、制御性能を最適化するために動的EHAモデルを構築しましたが、予備設計で考慮すべき重要な性能指標である寿命、信頼性、熱特性などは関与していませんでした。別の動的EHAモデルもまた、コスト、効率、および制御性能10を最適化するために使用され、その後、最適化されたEHA11の熱特性を評価するために熱モデルが開発されたが、信頼性および寿命は考慮されなかった。包括的な電気機械アクチュエータ(EMA)の予備設計方法が提示された12。この手法では、異なる特性を解析できる機能の異なる特定のモデルが提案されており、信頼性モデルや寿命モデルも開発されている13。機械的強度、出力能力、熱性能などは、本明細書により評価することができたが、制御性能は関与しなかった。別のEMA予備設計方法は、動的EMAモデルおよび関連部品サイジングモデル14を利用した。コスト、重量、疲労寿命、電力容量、物理的制約などがシミュレーション解析に関係していましたが、信頼性と制御性能は含まれていませんでした。油圧ハイブリッド駆動列15の最適化設計のために動的モデルが提案された。電力容量、効率、制御などはシミュレートできたが、信頼性と寿命は考慮されなかった。EHAベースの飛行制御作動システムを解析するためのモデルが提案されており、その中で単純な動力伝達方程式と重量関数が用いられた16。モデルが車両レベルおよびミッション レベルの解析に使用されたことを考慮すると、モデルの属性カバレッジは限られていたため、適切でした。EHAの主要コンポーネントとして、サーボモータはモデリングと設計に関して別々の注目を集めており、その結果はEHAモデル開発にとっても有益です。サーマルネットワーク、重みモデルなども、EHAモデリング17、18、19のために考慮することができる。レビューされた文献は、EVDPに関連する製品の結果を考慮しても、開発されたモデルが予備設計のために製品のすべての影響力のある性能属性を分析していないことを示しています。制御性能、熱性能、信頼性、および寿命は、モデルの構築において最も無視されてきた属性です。そこで本稿では、EVDP予備設計において最も影響力のある性能属性をすべて解析できるモデルパッケージを提案する。シミュレーション解析も、モデルの機能をよりよく説明するために提示されます。本稿は、前回公報20の延長線上で、パラメータ生成の改善、寿命モデル、信頼性モデル、制御モデルへの関与、計算コストの最適化、モデルの検証、詳細なシミュレーション解析の実施などを行うものである。
従来の可変容量ピストンポンプの油圧制御ユニットを電動アクチュエータに置き換え、 図1に示すようにコンパクトさの向上と放熱の低減を実現しています。電動アクチュエータは、ボールねじ、ギアボックス、および永久磁石同期モータ(PMSM)で構成されています。電動アクチュエータは、ポンプの変位を調整するためにバーを介して斜板を接続します。EHAに適用すると、EVDP斜板の回転位置はPMSMを変調することによって閉ループ制御されます。電動アクチュエータは、相互ケース内のピストンポンプと一体化され、一体成分を形成します。この設計は、作動流体中に電気アクチュエータを沈め、それによってマルチドメイン結合効果を強化する。
