전기 수압 액추에이터 (EHA)는 전기 액추에이터와 유압 액추에이터1의 장점의 조합으로 인해 산업용 프레스, 대형 모바일 기계, 크레인 조작기 및 일차 항공기 제어와 같은 응용 분야에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있습니다. EHA의 두 가지 기본 유형, 즉 가변 속도 EHA와 가변 변위 EHA2를 식별할 수 있습니다. 현재 가변 속도 EHA는 높은 효율성과 단순성으로 인해 가변 변위 EHA보다 더 인기가 있습니다. 그러나, 중형 발사체(3 ) 및 잠수함(4)과 같은 중형 차량에 필요한 EHA의 높은 출력 레벨과 함께, 가변 속도 EHA의 구동 모터 및 관련 전자장치는 낮은 역학, 높은 열 방출, 높은 가격 등과 관련된 문제를 가지고 있다. 따라서 가변 변위 EHA는 펌프 변위를 조절하는 저전력 장치를 통해 제어가 실현됨에 따라 이러한 고전력 응용 제품(>30kW)에 대해 재검토되고 있습니다.

EVDP의 기술적 구성 요소에 관한 연구 외에도 실제 응용 분야 요구 사항에 대응하기위한 설계 방법은 EVDP 사용 비용을 더욱 절감하고 성능 잠재력을 탐구함으로써 EVDP의 역량을 향상시키는 데에도 중요합니다. 따라서 결합 된 분야를 분석하여 시스템 수준 성능의 트레이드 오프를 최적화하기 위해서는 특정 EVDP 예비 설계 방법이 필요합니다. 시뮬레이션 기반 예비 설계는 메카트로닉 제품의 이러한 유형의 종합 결합에 대한 관심의대상입니다8.
EVDP 예비 설계에 대한 구체적인 시뮬레이션 모델은 새로 제안 된 개념이기 때문에 제안되지 않았지만 관련 메카트로닉 제품에 많은 연구가 투자되었습니다. 동적 EHA 모델은 예비 설계9에서 무게, 효율성 및 제어 성능을 최적화하도록 제작되었지만 수명, 신뢰성, 열 특성 등은 포함되지 않았으며 이는 예비 설계에서 고려해야 할 필수 성능 지수입니다. 또 다른 동적 EHA 모델도 비용, 효율 및 제어 성능(10)을 최적화하는 데 사용되었으며, 이후 최적화된 EHA(11)의 열 특성을 평가하기 위해 열 모델이 개발되었지만 신뢰성과 수명은 고려되지 않았습니다. 포괄적인 전기 기계 액추에이터(EMA) 예비 설계 방법이 제시되었습니다(12). 이 방법을 위해 서로 다른 특성을 분석 할 수있는 다양한 기능을 가진 특정 모델이 제안되었으며 신뢰성 및 수명 모델도 개발되었습니다13. 기계적 강도, 전력 능력, 열 성능 등을 평가할 수 있지만 제어 성능은 포함되지 않았습니다. 또 다른 EMA 예비 설계 방법은 동적 EMA 모델 및 관련 부품 사이징 모델(14)을 이용하였다. 비용, 무게, 피로 수명, 전력 용량, 물리적 제약 등이 시뮬레이션 분석에 포함되었지만 신뢰성 및 제어 성능은 포함되지 않았습니다. 유압 하이브리드 구동 트레인(15)의 최적화 설계를 위해 동적 모델이 제안되었다. 전력 용량, 효율성, 제어 등을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있지만 신뢰성과 수명은 고려되지 않았습니다. EHA 기반 비행 제어 작동 시스템을 분석하기위한 모델이 제안되었으며, 그 안에서 간단한 동력 전달 방정식과 중량 함수가 사용되었습니다16. 모델이 차량 수준 및 임무 수준 분석에 사용되었다는 점을 고려할 때, 모델의 제한된 속성 범위가 적절했습니다. EHA의 주요 구성 요소로서 서보 모터는 모델링 및 설계와 관련하여 별도의 관심을 끌었으며 그 결과는 EHA 모델 개발에도 도움이됩니다. 열 네트워크, 중량 모델 등도 EHA 모델링 17,18,19에 대해 고려할 수 있습니다. 검토 된 문헌은 EVDP와 관련된 제품의 결과를 고려하더라도 개발 된 모델이 예비 설계에 대한 제품의 모든 영향력있는 성능 특성을 분석하지 않는다는 것을 나타냅니다. 제어 성능, 열 성능, 신뢰성 및 수명은 모델 제작에서 가장 무시 된 특성입니다. 따라서이 백서에서는 EVDP 예비 설계에 가장 영향력있는 모든 성능 속성을 분석 할 수있는 모델 패키지를 제안합니다. 시뮬레이션 분석도 모델 기능을 더 잘 설명하기 위해 제공됩니다. 이 논문은 파라미터 생성을 개선하고, 수명 모델, 신뢰성 모델 및 제어 모델을 포함하고, 계산 비용을 최적화하고, 모델을 검증하고, 심층적 인 시뮬레이션 분석 등을 수행하기 때문에 이전 간행물(20)의 확장입니다.
