Genomic DNA-Nachweis mittels PCR-Amplifikation und Detektion auf einem elektrophoretischen Gel ist ein Standard, dass das Erbgut einer Gewebeprobe bestimmt wird. Konventionelle Aufbereitung der Gewebe für die PCR-ready DNA oft mehrere Stunden bis Tage, je nach der Gewebeprobe. Der Genotyp der Probe kann somit für mehrere Tage verzögert werden, was nicht eine Option für viele verschiedene Arten von Experimenten. Hier zeigen wir das komplette Genotypisierung von einer Maus Schwanz Probe, einschließlich Gewebe Verdauung und PCR-Anzeige, in eineinhalb Stunden mit Sigma SYBR Green Extract-N-Amp Tissue PCR Kit. Zuerst zeigen wir die fünfzehn-minütige Extraktion von DNA aus der Gewebeprobe. Dann zeigen wir, die Echtzeit-Auslesen der PCR-Amplifikation der Probe, die für die Identifizierung einer positiven Probe ermöglicht, wie sie es verstärkt wird. Zusammen mit der sich schnell und in Echtzeit ausgelesen für eine zeitnahe Identifizierung von Genotyp aus einer Vielzahl verschiedener Gewebe durch die zuverlässigste Methode der PCR zu ermöglichen.
