組織工学は、足場、細胞、生体信号分子という3つの基本的な構成要素で構成されています。末梢神経損傷に関する研究には、これら3つの構造を完全に提供するという点で欠陥があります。幹細胞または生体シグナル分子のみを含む生体材料、幹細胞の分化を可能にする生理活性分子の欠如、使用される生体材料の生体適合性の欠如、および組織ニッチにおける細胞の増殖への影響の低さなど、研究で製造および使用される生体材料にはさまざまな問題がありました。 したがって、神経伝導は完全には実現されていません2,13,14,15,16。これには、神経再生の最適化、筋萎縮の減少17,18、およびそのような問題に対する成長因子を備えた必要なホーミング19の作成が必要です。この時点で、診療所に移される外科用生体材料プロトタイプの神経活動の特性評価と分析は非常に重要です。
