유기체와 환경의 내부 구조를 연결하는 메커니즘 인 신경계는 중추 신경계와 말초 신경계의 두 부분으로 나뉩니다. 말초 신경 손상은 응급실에 내원하는 환자의 1.5%-5%를 차지하는 세계적인 문제이며 다양한 외상으로 인해 발생하여 상당한 실직을 초래합니다 1,2,3.
오늘날 말초 신경 공학에 대한 세포 접근법은 큰 관심을 끌고 있습니다. 줄기 세포는 이러한 접근법에 사용되는 세포 중 가장 먼저 나옵니다. 정상적인 조건에서 줄기 세포는 신체의 재생 세포이며 개체군을 보호하기 위해 시간이 지남에 따라 수와 기능이 감소하지 않습니다. 이 세포들은 특수화되어 있지만, 손상에 대한 반응으로 적절한 자극에 의해 분화할 수 있다 4,5. 줄기 세포 가설에 따르면, 줄기 세포 시스템은 줄기 세포 틈새 (stem cell niche)라고 불리는 미세 환경의 영향을받습니다. 줄기세포의 보존과 분화는 세포와 스캐폴드7를 이용한 조직공학을 통해 재구성될 수 있는 미세환경6의 존재 없이는 불가능하다. 조직 공학은 공학과 생물학 원리를 모두 포함하는 다학문 분야입니다. 조직공학은 생체 조직을 대체할 수 있는 인공 조직을 만들 수 있는 도구를 제공하며, 손상된 조직을 제거하고 기능성 조직을 제공함으로써 이러한 조직의 재생에 사용될 수 있다8. 조직 공학의 세 가지 초석 중 하나인 조직 스캐폴드는 천연 및 합성 재료와 다른 방법을 사용하여 생산된다9. 3차원(3D) 프린팅은 다양한 방법을 사용하여 복잡한 모양을 간단하지만 다재다능하게 생산하여 결함 조직을 대체하거나 복원하는 데 널리 사용되는 새로운 적층 제조 기술입니다. 바이오프린팅은 세포와 생체 재료의 공존을 가능하게 하는 적층 제조 방법으로, 바이오잉크(bioinks)라고 불린다 10. 신경 세포가 서로 상호 작용하는 것을 고려하여 연구는 그래핀과 같은 전도성 생체 재료 후보로 이동했습니다. 플렉시블 일렉트로닉스, 슈퍼 커패시터, 배터리, 광학, 전기화학 센서 및 에너지 저장과 같은 특성을 갖는 그래핀 나노플레이트는 조직 공학 분야에서 선호되는 생체 재료이다11. 그래핀은 손상된 조직과 장기의 증식과 재생이 수행된 연구에 사용되어 왔다12,13.
조직 공학은 스캐폴드, 세포 및 생체 신호 분자의 세 가지 기본 구성 요소로 구성됩니다. 말초 신경 손상에 대한 연구는이 세 가지 구조를 완전히 제공한다는 점에서 결함이 있습니다. 줄기 세포 또는 생체 신호 분자만을 포함하는 생체 재료, 줄기 세포 분화를 가능하게하는 생리 활성 분자의 부족, 사용 된 생체 재료의 생체 적합성 부족, 조직 틈새 세포의 증식에 대한 낮은 영향, 따라서 신경 전도가 완전히 실현되지 않습니다 2,13,14,15,16. 이를 위해서는 신경 재생의 최적화, 근육 위축(17,18)의 감소, 그리고 이러한 문제에 대한 성장 인자를 가진 필요한 귀환(19)을 생성해야 한다. 이 시점에서, 임상으로 이송 될 외과 생체 재료 프로토 타입의 신경 활성의 특성화 및 분석은 매우 중요합니다.

preparation and characterization of graphene-based 3d biohybrid hydrogel bioink for peripheral neuroengineering
