Nosso objetivo foi obter uma formulação por carga de dopamina dos exossomos isolados de células-tronco da geleia mesenquimal de Wharton. O isolamento e caracterização dos exossomos, a carga do fármaco nos exossomos resultantes e a atividade citotóxica da formulação desenvolvida são descritos neste protocolo.
