顕微外科的血管精巣上体切除術(MVE)は、2000年以来精巣上体OAを治療するための重要な方法となっている4。MVEは、マイクロサージカルエンドツーエンドの単一尿細管吻合、エンドツーサイド吻合、三角測量、管状浸潤、および管状腸重積症技術を含む、男性マイクロサージャリーにおいて最も困難な手術である5。縦重積性血管精巣上体切除術(LIVE)は、精巣上体尿細管6、7、8のより広い開口部のためにより有利である。中国におけるこの症例(ここに提示された)の特徴に基づいて、修正された単一アーム縫合MVE技術に基づいて、改良された、船舶を温存する、修正された、単武装縫合LIVE技術が提案された。この技術は、二重針縫合糸が容易に入手できない領域で血管形成異常切除術(VE)を行うことを可能にするだけでなく、精管の血管系を維持し、正常な生理学的構造を維持する。
