이 프로토콜은 낭포성 섬유증(CF)에 대한 새로운 진단 분석인 직장 오가노이드 형태 분석(ROMA)을 설명합니다. 형태 학적 특성, 즉 진원도 (원형도 지수, CI)와 루멘의 존재 (강도 비율, IR)는 CFTR 기능의 척도입니다. 189 명의 피험자를 분석 한 결과 CF와 비 CF가 완벽하게 구별되었습니다.
